How it works

How does the service work?

  1. Request a quote through our online quotation form, or book directly online. You’ll be asked how many items you’ll be sending and to specify any particular services you require. If you’re unsure, please ask, the team will suggest what services they think are needed.

  2. Once items are received in our studio, you’ll receive confirmation of receipt via email. 

  3. Upon completion of your restoration, we will return your items, packaged securely, at a time and to a place convenient for you.

How long will it take for my item to be repaired/restored?

The length of time depends on the work required. You will be given the expected turnaround time when we receive your item so that you are aware of the timelines.

Can my quote alter?

We provide a preliminary quote from the quotation submission completed by the client. We ask you to submit images and details of your bag or shoes in our quote request form. However, this preliminary quote may change upon physical inspection. We’ve learned that no matter how many photos we receive, we can’t always issue an accurate quote without assessing your item(s) in person. We will always consult you if any additional work is required and obtain your permission first.

How long will it take for my item to be repaired/restored?

How long will it take to receive my quote?

Sole Service will respond to a quotation request within 24 hours. Please note quotes received outside of business hours will be responded to the next business day.
 

We send you an email with an itemised quotation after our specialists assess each of your items and devise a restoration plan for you, as well as any other recommended services for your item(s). This bespoke quote will be emailed to you, so please check your junk folder and contact contact@soleservice.com.au if you have not received your quote within 72 business hours of receiving confirmation that your item has arrived. Please note your quote is only valid for 7 days.
