Our clients frequently request Sole Service to provide valuations/sell their luxury items as well as restore and clean them. We are now proud to offer this service in addition to the restoration arm of the business…all your needs in one convenient place.
Our collection consists of a luxury range of new, slightly used and second-hand designer bags. Each bag is carefully authenticated, thoroughly cleaned and professionally restored by the Sole Service Team before going on sale; ensuring that whether the bag you're buying is brand new with tags or is an adored second handbag looking for its new home, it'll arrive in great condition.
Sole Service will commit to upping the range of brands sold, as many consignment and luxury aftermarket stores deal in a select few bands, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, YSL & Gucci. We will offer the classics and add Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Furla, Valentino, and Prada. We know there are buyers waiting for this stock and we will deliver it.
AFTERPAY AND ZIP PAY - We are one of the very few luxury resellers who offer our customers convenient payment options. Buyers can spread out their payments. The benefit for you as the seller is you will receive all the money upfront minus the consignment fee, Sole Service will take care of the payment plan.

RETURNS POLICY
All Sole Service products are carefully curated and checked for authenticity, quality and vintage condition. We are not required to accommodate a refund or return if you change your mind or feel the size is not correct, therefore please ensure you know your size by brand.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, may offer to resell the item for you on a case-by-case basis pending the season of the item.
If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email contact@soleservice.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item. If the item is eligible for a return, it must be posted at the customer's expense to Sole Service within 7 days of receipt.
Sole Service is unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, hair accessories, hats, earrings, bodysuits or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Vintage items may have had alterations or adjustments made throughout the years that have not been advised or detected by Sole Service so please be aware of this prior to purchasing vintage items.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post and included in the item price.
Items are dispatched within 5 business days of ordering via Australia post and tracking is emailed on dispatch.
The estimated time of delivery is between 3-5 business days from dispatch day depending on your location within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International parcels are sent via Australia post and charged at a flat rate of $70.
Items are dispatched within 1 day of order via Australia post and tracking is emailed on dispatch.
The estimated time of delivery is between 10-15 business days.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes which will need to be paid for by the buyer in order to claim your goods.
CONSIGN WITH US
HOW TO SELL
1. Send us images and a description of your once-loved piece(s) please access the valuation form here
2. Our team will evaluate and advise if your piece is suitable to list and its market price
3. Send us your pieces
4. Our authenticators will look over and provide an authenticity certificate
5. Once your items sell, we will direct deposit the money to you in 14 days.
6. Items are listed for a 2-month period and then returned to the seller. If items are not picked up or paid for to be returned, Sole Service will donate them to charity.

$300-$5,000 20%
$5,001-$9,999 15%
$10,000 + 10%
An authentication charge of $50.00 will be applied to all bags that do not have an authenticity certificate payable at the time of consignment, regardless of whether or not your item sells.

In the event that you seek the return of your item prior to the end of the agreed 90 day listing period, an administrative charge of 50% of the consignment fee will be payable by you to us to cover our costs which include processing, listing and shipping.
