Refund policy

All Sole Service products are carefully curated and checked for authenticity, quality and vintage condition. We are not required to accommodate a refund or return if you change your mind or feel the size is not correct, therefore please ensure you know your size by brand.
 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, may offer to resell the item for you on a case-by-case basis pending the season of the item. 
 

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email contact@soleservice.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item. If the item is eligible for a return, it must be posted at the customer's expense to Sole Service within 7 days of receipt.

Sole Service is unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, hair accessories, hats, earrings, bodysuits or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
 

Vintage items may have had alterations or adjustments made throughout the years that have not been advised or detected by Sole Service so please be aware of this prior to purchasing vintage items.
