HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

  1. Fill out the QUOTATION REQUEST Form: Provide a detailed description of the issue area and upload relevant photos. If you wish to speak to a team member about your repair or clean first we offer in person or Zoom online consultations, please book HERE
     

  2. CHECK YOUR EMAIL (Including Spam): Our Customer Care team will promptly respond during business hours with an initial quotation and treatment plan. If you have any questions or concerns about the quotation, please reach out to us at contact@soleservice.com.au.
     

  3. SEND OR DROP OFF YOUR ITEM/S:

  4. CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT: We'll notify you via email upon receiving your items at the studio.
     

  5. COMPLETION: After the restoration is finished, we'll contact you with post-repair photos for your approval and provide return shipping details for your records.
