At Sole Service, we recently embarked on a project that pushed our creativity. When our client approached us with the desire to transform her beloved Chanel cosmetic bag into a functional cross-body bag, we enthusiastically took on the challenge.
Our first step was to enhance the bag's functionality by adding d-rings and custom leather strap loops to each side. This addition needed to mimic the Chanel
leather grain and stitching.
Next came the meticulous task of colour-matching and painting a new leather and chain insert to perfectly complement the Chanel pink. Our skilled artisans worked diligently to ensure that the colour seamlessly blended, retaining the elegance synonymous with Chanel.
The pièce de résistance was the fitting of the leather to the chain cross-body strap, ensuring a flawless integration of materials and functionality. The result was nothing short of spectacular—a cosmetic bag reborn as a chic cross-body accessory!
